I just cannot create new blocks. In the administration sections, I click on Blocks, fill out the form, down below and select Advanced_Downloads from Blocks menu. Though the page refreshes, the new blocks are not added.

Any suggestions, this problem came to my notice after Mighty_Y modified my authors.php file.
