Change site time

Hi, i was wondering how do i change the date i see on my site, other users say its fine for them but, when i check the date in vwars/forums ect it shows the date 1 day forward to what it is suppose to be.

I have it set properly as far as i can see.... +10hrs GMT For my time zone and the time is correct.

Not sure what to do.
