Template->make_filename(): Error - file themes/fiblack3d/forums/viewtopic_poll_result.tpl does not exist

Anyone know how I can fix this?? I checked and that file is not part of the original package so what should this noob do??

download the theme pack again. I just re-packed it and made sure that file is included.
