Forum time stamps not behaving as per the phpBB admin panel
The title says it all really... No matter what I set my timezone data to be inside the phpbb admin panel it always uses a timestamp of GMT +10..

I figure it must be picking this up from the PHPNuke front end but cannot find where this variable is stored.

Can I buy a clue ??

There you can find your own settings
And I also believe that you can change it in your Your_Account edit profile too
