I have used phpnuke before and I have not had this problem. I have done many fresh installs with the 7.6 but it still does not work. What happens is I will create a admin account and when I click any of the Icons it eather loads up a blank page with "Access DeniedAccess Denied" or It will load up a page which looks exactly the same but with a =whateverIclicked on the end of the url (=content, =faqadmin, etc.) I can't do anything.
