I can barely see what you want based off your example but it appears you just want your adsense code at the bottom of the download description box, just below the file location url.

If this is the case, you may want to read the adsense terms of use because there is a limit to how many ad units you can display/page so if you display more than 2 or 3 ad units/page (I forget which), you may have your account suspended.

Also, (I'm not saying your doing this but it gets done frequently) ensure your not trying to configure your adsense code in a manner that is meant to fool someone into clicking your adsense code. I've seen many sites configure their adsense code the same as site nav url's within close proximity to fool visitors to clicking on googles text ads. This too will result in a Terms of Use Violation and see your account suspended.

Ya I have a good idea but I work for a living so I can't jump on it right now.

I'll look at it this weekend (please keep in mind that I'm testing on 7.6) and find where to put the code.

Putting an adsense ad into your site is rather easy. But you will need to use php nuke tools to turn the adsense code into a block. You can find the php nuke tools module here at php nuke tools downloads. You can also see on my site here Phantom309drivers That I use google adsense and regular google ads that I made useing php nuke tools. It isnt real hard. The only thing that you have to watch for is sometimes the nuke tools will leave out bits of the beginning code or the first letter of a word. Hope this helps.
