Hello there guys. I have developed a phpnuke portal. But got some major errors.:S

i get these following error msges:-

What does these errors mean? What am i doing wrong here?
and the second problem is:
when anyone is not logged in and click on any forum it displays properly, but when you are logged in and click on some forum,
nothing comes :'( A blank page is displayed.
So what abt this problem as well? anyone have any ideas to how to solve the problems?
