How would I remove the general header above a module? -

I'm wondering how I would remove the general header above a module. For example:
YourSite: Forums
or
YorSite: Calendar
or
YourSite: Web Links
These appear right above the modules when you are in them. The reason I would like to remove them is because I'd like to save some space and think they are un-needed.
I was thinking that it was probably something in the index.php file for each module but my lack of php experience has prevented me from finding the right thing. I know basics of how to find and replace and have picked up a lil bit of understanding but am having a hard time with this one.
I'm using PHP-Nuke 7.6 Platinum
Any help would be much appreciated.
