I don't appear as an admin
I have Raven Nuke 7.6, and I have ALL admin rights, except for when I look at the "Who's Online" at the bottom of the forum. My username should be in orange, but it is not.. It is the color as the regular member... I have full access in the forum except for this. I really want to have my username in orange for many reasons.. Thanks!!

We are here to help in any manner we can, but giving us a window of a few hours to answer you question is silly. No one lives here onsite and those of us that do provide support, do so on our own time and without compensation of any sort. In other words, we're volunteers so please try to give us a reasonable timeframe to work with (a few days, not a few hours).

To answer your question, you need to set your permissions in the forum admin portion of your website. bbtonuke is adminned seperately from your Super User and adminGOD accounts:

- Go to http://yoursitename/admin.php
- Click on "Forums" which should lead you to http://www.yoursitename/modules/Forums/admin/index.php
- Under "User Admin" click "Permissions" and enter your username
- Change "User Level" to "Administrator"
- Submit
- Go to "Management" and enter your username
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and change your rank.
- Submit

If you need to change/add/delete ranks, do so in User Admin/Ranks

Just so I understand this clearly, when you go to the Forum Admin and select "Permissions" under the "User Admin" section you see:

User Permissions Control

Username: ultimitetinafan

User Level : Administrator

I just figured out, each time I go to permissions, and type in my username, and then it has User Level. I put Administrator, and submit it, but I go back, and It is back at user instead of administrator.

am I doing something wrong? :? I also don't think I can lock, move, etc. posts.. because I made a post, and looked everywhere, but I can't find it.. Could this possibly be the theme I am using?

Personally, I've never heard of this happening. I've heard of an issue where you can't revert back to user from admin but not what your experiencing.

Why not just go into your .sql database (assuming thats what your using), and alter your admin setting in the nuke_users.sql file?

This is a bug. I am experiencing the same thing on a fresh load of Raven's distro Nuke 7.6.

As Duke said, the only workaround is to go into your Nuke database, to the users table. Edit your username and change your user_level to 2.
