I need help with PHPNUKE 7.6 and Coppermine 122b (Newbie)

I have installed Coppermine sucessfully and everything is working when I am logged in as Administrator.

I can perform all functions, and all links work ONLY as Administrator.

BUT, when I am logged in as a normal User, All I get when I click on a link to Coppermine Gallery is an error message :

"Sorry, this Module isn't active!"

"[ Go Back ]"

:cry:
There is no module in the Admin's control Panel to activate.

What am I doing, or what have i done wrong ???
