Installing Nuke 7.8 help.
Site: http://clanffe.p4h.biz/Site/

Visual on all pages: There seems to be a problem with the MySQL server, sorry for the inconvenience.

We should be back shortly.

Config.php info:
$dbhost = "MySQL";
$dbuname = "clanffe_clanffe";
$dbpass = "[edited out]";
$dbname = "clanffe_clanffe";
$prefix = "nuke";
$user_prefix = "nuke";
$dbtype = "MySQL";
$sitekey = "S·kQSd5%W@Y62-dm29-.-39.3a8sUf+W9";
$gfx_chk = 0;
$subscription_url = "";
$admin_file = "admin";
$advanced_editor = 0;

I have MySQL but don't have phpMyAdmin if that is of any use.
Can somebody here help me?

Does the db username/password match your configuration?

If having the dbname=MySQL database name, dbuname=The only user on that database and dbpass=password to the user/also in this case the password to the database then yes. Just a question though: would the underscores be the possible problem? I'll quick try testing to see if that is.

Edit: Nope didn't work. Also, I did find out that I had phpMyAdmin the link was just small and hidden in a weird place.

Edit2: I uploaded the sql file to phpMyAdmin successfully but the site still doesn't work. I am not very experianced with any of this stuff and only have done minor site editing (such as invision free skin coding) so it might be somthing simple seeing is that this is my first time doing this.

$dbhost = "MySQL"; where you given instructions to put "MySQL" in there, usually it should be "localhost"

Who is your host ?

Since that site in that thing is up I thought it worked. ops: My host is post4hosting.com. Like I said I'm new to this kind of thing and was just trying a way before posting here but posting here seems to be of more help.

Edit: It worked thank you very much. I am sorry for being noobish.

So your saying it was "localhost" cause your site is working ?

Anyway on another note, i had a quick look at your at your hosts site/forum seems theres a lot of databases going missing or been deleted, you should backup your database on a regular bases when you get your site going just incase this happens to you.
