I was noticing that I have 1 waiting user and was curious if there is a way to manage users that haven't completed the registration, like do anything from approve the registration if there was a problem to delete the waiting user. Anybody have any idea?

The CNB Your Account Module has some great features, including being able to resend activation emails, as well as manually activating people. You can also block some of the bigger free email hosts such as hotmai, yahoo, etc, where the activation emails typically end up in the spam folders causing problems for people.
