O.K.,

I just got php nuke 7.8 and i have a host tollfreepages.com. I've read the tuts and sumwhat understand them but, my host has everythign i need to install the theme and i just dont know how to do it....

my questions:

1. do i really have to DL appache php mod and msql if my host already has it?

2. if i dont can maby someone help me set it up through yahoo, or msn?
