Just go to root/modules & create a new folder call it what you want & enter what you want, then goto admin panel Modules and activate it

forget it m8 my hole siute is screwed up i tryed remaking the site by reinstalling php-nuke 7.5 and now my site done work at all i been uploading from 5am-1:30pm and im not uploading all that again thats crazy

Where is your site, if you want help just ask, have you re-configured the config.php file ?
