No 'Forums' folder inside theme folder! Can't change forumth
In all of my phpnuke themes, none of them have a forums folder inside, so how can I change the forum theme?
I tried making my own forums folder and then uploading the forum theme i wanted inside it but when i go into my forums administration panel and click on 'Add' there is nothing to install, it doesn't recognize it.

In a nutshell....
How can I change the phpbb theme on my phpnuke site when there is no 'forums' folder?

If theres no forums folder in the current theme it uses the default (subsilver), u can download some themes from here, they all contain a phpbb template with the nuke themes.

Thanks, yeh I do see a templates folder, I was uploading themes to there and they didn't work.
So you are saying I need to look for phpbb templates?
What if they are not anything related with nuke? With they still work?

No they won't. They need some modifications to work with nuke.

You won't find any standalone phpbb templates for nuke.

You'll only find matched sets, e.g nuke theme/forum template in one combined "theme"

I said, you wont find standalone nuke phpbb templates, FACT!!!

If you want a template go grab a standalone phpbb template and it'll require modifying.
