Redirect only doing modules.php instead of modules.php?name=Forums

Hello, i am having a problem, whenever i go into my cpanel and redirect my forums from /modules.php?name=Forums to my new /forums it only registers it as /modules.php. So all of my modules when clicked on, get sent to the forums.

How can i make it so its only my forums module being redirected?

Undo what ever you did and downloaded the attached index.php file I did. Unzip it and edit the yourdomain.com to what ever your domain is and save it.

Then upload it over your modules/forums/index.php file and it should be good to go.

Note: It would be best to save a backup copy of the old index.php just in case you want to go back.
