Hi, I've been trying to post for help here a few times on this but every time I try to post I get errors.

So what I did is create an HTML page with all my information about the problem and uploaded it to my FTP.

I come to you guys for help because you've been excellent with all my other problems.

The charcoal2 theme has rollover images in the header.
I believe the way I got it to work was I had to convert the header.html to php and move it to the theme.php file instead of calling the header.html file from the theme.php.
Then the rollover effect worked for me.

If you look at the theme.php file in the charcoal2 theme you'll get the idea.
