I am in my Administration part clicking on Messages, cause this will create a box at the top/middle of my home page where I would say something like, "Welcome to my site... blah blah blah".

Well that's what it used to do. NOW, when I click on there it allowes me to act like I'm creating a new message and then I click activate and Add Message... goes to a white page.

And sits there.

this can be lots of things:
- the db table is corrupted
- your file is corrupted
- you did something wrong (wich i doubt cause you say that you did it before)

check if the db table (nuke_messages) matches the table code in the nuke.sql code delivered with phpnuke. If those are the same, check the file admin/messages.php if it matches the one delivered with nuke (just upload an original one, and see if that works)

If both things don't work, post back with some more information on the nuke version you are running and such (firewall and browser helps too)

How do I check the table code in my db? This might be the problem.

I recently added a Flash Chat program to my site and I believe it did something to the nuke_messages.

Oh pooooo.

Use phpmyadmin, a good host has it installed for you already, if that's not the case get it here http://www.phpmyadmin.net
