im trying to learn php this is a thing i come n go back on ive decided im gonna make a site frm it dont care how crap lol,

just reading the idiots guide says i need the nuke***.tar.gz file but was wondering where it was or im i just being a fool n not reading it but i looked but carnt find, any help with be great cheers.
