How do I remover the last two and why does it display it once then spaced out the second time?

well if anyone would care to tell me were to look I'll be glad to mod it myself I just tried looking in alot of places didnt really see anything that would change the layout is all. I think its in your acount module but yeah I'm new to this . any guidance is apreciated
