it wont let me add any or edit any of my blocks. i got some of the sytem ones and custom ones running and none i can change. know how 2 fix?

its getting me mad. were can i install blocks again or sql file 4 blocks?

not getting any error. i add my block and it starts back at the start again with no new block. i refresh and still no new block
