block-modules.php editing
Trying to edit this block in order to remove the invisible and inactive modules section from it. BUt everytime I look at it all I see is gibberish.

Anyhelp would be appreciated. I have tried editing certain sections out but I must be doing something wrong. Every time I get massive errors on my page. If it can't be done I guess I will have to manually place each module I am not using into another folder. I wanted to avoid this so I could still see every module in the admin panel. Hence why I want to edit the block-modules.php

Thanks in advance for your help.
