User info with avatar

Well, i want user info block but i want it with the avatar..
Like your site who shows what avatar the user using..
I want it because i think that will make the user to choose an avatar..

I have used both versions (V3 and V4) but none of them showed an avatar..
they are like the default user info but with more stats..
