Book Catalog in PHP-NUKE Platinum 7.6

I need help. I installed Book Catalog V1.0 module into my PHP-NUKE Platinum 7.6. But does't work.

I get these errors:

I tried too Book Catalog V 1.1 CMF, but I get the same errors.

Please, can you help me? I need this module working with PHP-NUKE Platinum 7.6.

Library Ref No:	0-441-76007-4
ISBN:

Note that the Library reference number i entered was "1" and the ISBN was "0-441-76007-4". So it is not getting the right info in those two fields.

BTW - I don't really need a Library Reference number. Can I get rid of that field or make it non-required?
