I am looking to create a module (unless there is one out there?) that just has some basic options to submit to the admin.
Basically like this:

Submitted by: [ ]
Accuracy Rating [ ] 1-10 10 being best

Bullet [ ]
Bullet Weight [ ]
Powder [ ]
Powder Weight [ ]

etc etc

and be able to see the loads submitted via the admin interface, just like any other module... How hard would it be to create this?
