html newsletter question

I've installed an html newsletter module on 7.5, and when I go to the modules, it gives me the spaces to put in the code for my newsletter, but how do I save it and/or send it??

At the bottom of the page it says:

What do you want to send?

Unable to get User Newsletter information.
