I added the NSN Your Account Tweak module to my site (http://www.gow-hq.uni.cc). When people try to register, when it gets to the last page of the registration with th link to " New User Account Activation" it sends them to a blank page with the following message

. I followed the directions given in the instrustion. It did not solve the problem. What can I do to resolve this issue?
