I am new here and I don't know many things!

So, in the module block I rename the names in greek. But how I choose the order? I don't find a button like in the admin area we can choose the blocks to move them up or down. How?

How can I change the order in the main menu?

You really can't unless you name your modules accordingly. It is sorted alphabetically by default. You can try and find and download one of the various Modules Menu hacks out there on other Nuke sites, or make your own block(html) with the respective links and just disable your default modules block.
