Submitting a URL Web Links 7.2

I can not submit a url in Web links from the site or admin panel. I get no errors, it says it was added but nothing was there.

it worked on 7.1 yesterday morning
I upgraded to 7.2 last night

esit: I recall seeing this before. but for the life of me...anyway, the fixpack may fix it.

Actually I had not put up the fixes, but now I have.

The problem with the Submitting Web links is still there, If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

I don't recall any recent changes to the web links or downloads database tables so unless you have added any third party add-on that may have modified the db tables your problem could be caused for another reason, in some cases when something like this happens it is either because of unallowed html tags or special characters and/or quotes (single or double) in the title or web link owner name
