Changing Built-In FORUM theme!!!!!

in the forums section i do not like the forums theme, although i when i try to change it in the 'Go To Administration Panel' it doesn't actually CHANGE the theme of my forums.

The 'overide user theme' is ON , so what could be making it do this?

I need help now!!!!!

I think the only way the Forum theme will default in is if your Nuke theme does not have a matching forum theme with it.
