hmm, there is a news topic about this.
Coldblooded decided to go back to the old way of releasing themes:
1. porting the theme
2. testing the theme on nukemods.com
3. releasing the theme

So be patient!

I cant wait for this one to come out, by far the best nuke theme I have seen
