Don't quite understand how to get a new theme for my forum?

Hi, I have other forums using Invision, and phpbb, so I am new at PHP NUKE, I am running a PHP NUKE Forum by way of forumat.com. Now I don't know if that makes a difference as far as downloading a theme from this forum or any other forum that is PHP NUKE capable. But could someone just give me the abc's exactly what I would have to do in order to download a new theme for my forum?

I have no experience in using my phpadmin control panel through forumat.com services, and quite frankly I'm not sure if I would have to. Can't I just download say type in the name of a theme on my site and get it downloaded or do I have to go into my phpadmin control panel? If I have to go in there I am afraid I am totally at a loss for I know nothing about php programming what so ever, and using PHP NUKE I guess I am a novice here to. I would need step by step instructions:1, 2, 3, 4................
