The reason u get that cas u have part of the Block missing I.E your first red x
Code:
http://teamchenbro.com/images/top_left.gif
top_left.gif is missing in your main/imagis/ folder your second red x is

Code:
http://teamchenbro.com/images/top_right.gif
that means the top_right.gif is also missing in your mian/imagis/

your next red x is

Code:
http://teamchenbro.com/images/bottom_left.gif
do I need2 explain what you need2 do here ?

and your final red x is

Code:
http://teamchenbro.com/images/bottom_right.gif
get them imagis and put them were they supose2 be and try see if u still get red x after that w:

odd, the fiblack3d theme works fine on the nukemods test site...what file could be missing on the site to cause this problem?

Off to bed will check on tomorrow

OK, I'm completely confused about this. this really doesn't seem to be a theme problem. But there still is this problem that I can not figure out how to fix. there must be something that I installed on the site that has changed the code some how and making this problem.

I have renamed the theme fiblack3d2 and changed to it and have the same problem, but when I load the same theme to a different php-nuke site that I run with the same version of php-nuke it doesn't have this problem. WHAT THE HELL??? is causing this... I don't even know were to start.

Looking at this screen shot thats not the only imagis you have missing

you also have http://teamchenbro.com/images/poll_full.gif

missing to Looking at this root

Code:
http://teamchenbro.com/images/top_left.gif
it's telling me that you do not have top_left.gif in yoursite/imagies/ if you check that root you will see that you have few images missing there including your poll imagis have u actualy check that root yourstite/imagis/ not your theme/imagis/ as the root on your site is looking for imagis in that diractory if you know what I mean try that check make sure u do have them imagis there and not sumwere ells all u have2 do is right click on your site on the image that is missing go to proparties and that will tell you were your imagis should be try that see if that works

well the strange thing is NOT that they are missing, it's the fact that with a clean install of php-nuke 7.4 or 7.5 and fiblack3d they are not there.

BUT with a clean install the poll also works like it should. It's like some php file some how has been modified to point the poll stuff to some were it should not. yes I have looked in both dir's and the files are not there, they are not in the downloads!!

Thats what has me so confused, it's calling for something that it should not even be calling for, or calling them the wrong thing.

On the fresh install I looked at the source for the page and it does NOT call for any of those images...

I guess what the problem is, ONE of the PHP files on the site is corrupt and telling the site to look for something it should NOT be looking for. Go look at a poll on a site that has fiblack3d installed and view the source, you will NOT find there site looking for those files.

I am having the same problem. It just started a few days ago and it is driving me crazy. I have several old polls that do not have this problem but all my new polls do. I have not made any changes recently that might have caused this. Comparing the source of both types of polls shows the new ones linking to graphics that are not there but the old polls do not have the same reference.

After NO ONE has ever giving us a reason, I have found a HACK that works...THIS IS A HACK (not the correct way to fix the problem) BUT I still get emails about this problem, and people posting about this on my website...so here you go.

Anyway...

What I did was create a 28x30 image and made it black.. saved it four times with the correct needed names...(top_left.gif)...

then I clicked on the red X's and found were it "thought they should be" and uploaded the files there..

In My case it thinks the files "should be" at http://www.teamchenbro.com/images/....
that is WRONG!!!!!....but if you put four black files there with the correct name the problem vanishes...so what ever..

If you need these files you can get them here: http://www.teamchenbro.com/downloads/pollfix.zip

if the above link does not work try this one.
