Hello,

I tried out the ICGstation theme, but where can I change the default language to Dutch, even when i translate it myself, I found a way by my own profile on the forum, but I want it for to be default for all my registered users.

Also the time is current set on gmt + 12 hours, I would like to have it on default time gmt +1

Could someone help me please?
