extract the zip/rar package you have, look for a folder themes/, the folder that is in there should be named the same as your theme. This folder you upload to themes/ on the root of your site. Then change your theme in your_account and admin preferences!

I have done all this, and it doesn't work for me. I am running php-nuke 7.x and my all my current themes all all rivided into sub folders. Such that its is like this

Helious Gray
- Forums
- images
- logo
-extras
miscilanious files

- images
-styles

and so forth.

Now when I download a theme all I get is a single directory such as this

Zone Copper
-ALL FILES

Do I have to break all these files into the proper folders or is there somethingI need to change?

I believe it is a setting in winzip :s You should let winzip also extract the folders and keep the folder structure! But I'm not really sure as i don't use winzip anymore
