hi
i was woundering where i could get a black phpbb skin (only the forum skin) cause i got a cool nuke skin and i dont hav a forum skin

You could just adjust the images and color scheme found in your modules/Forums/templates/subSilver.css and your modules/Forums/templates/subSilver/images folder.

I ALREADY TRYED TO MAKE THE SUBSILVER BACKGROUNG BLACK BUT IT NO WROK SO I JSUT WANTED A SKIN ALREADY MADE
