i'm italian user and i'm using the fisubice theme for my site.
I have 2 problems and i would resolve them with your help.
1)Banner problem: if i add a banner in the administration panel with all corrected information, it not appears on the top of the homepage (next to logo, on the right), but only in the block, if i choose to show it in this way. The header.html of fisubice shows me $bcbanners1. how can i resolve?

2)Surveys problem: when i put in the homepage a survey, after voting and after clicking on the "vote" button, appears a total white page without any errors .How can i resolve?
