I have a question, on this theme how do u add the banner in the top?

You need to add a banner client and then add a banner to that client in admin panel, banners.

I am not getting this download , what it comes with extention .rar and I can not open it. is there any soft wear that would open this file?

hey can someone help me fix this? here's my website, www.guerillacustoms.com, click on forums and when u go to profile or to make a new thread or post, I cant see the words on the left such as SUBJECT, MESSAGE BODY, OPTIONS and PREVIEW and SUBJECT, and on profile I cant see the text Username, e-mail address and all those text's and all of that, I think it has to do something with the style css but dont know, can someone please help me

My suggestion was for you to upload the theme to your server again. I tested the pack available in our downloads area after reading your first post and it works fine.
