Hello everyone...

I have seen theme changers in blocks, etc., but I would like to add a theme changer to the header of my site. Is that possible? I just want a simple drop down menu that says

theme>(themes)

Nice and sweet and doesn't take up the space of a full block. It WOULD need to only show for "users", no anony.
