Were are the blocks?

Hello,

ummm, im new to this...

i installed php-nuke 7.8 succesfully, now i changed my theme with a theme from this website. Install succesful everything works... But i see NO blocks while their activated. How can i make them visible/or to work?

maybee this is a stupid question with a easy answer. please help me
