i was wondering if anyone knew how to add news to your site that is NOT already available ..for instance on this site news is grabbed from phpnuke.org ...is there a way to add news from other sites?

If they offer an RSS file (I think that is what it is called). Go to your Nuke Admin/Blocks. Add a block and select from the drop down list of pre-choosable RSS files from other sites. Gives you the idea.
You will have to visit the site you want top grab news from and ask their webmaster or browse their site for a link to grab their news from.

yes its called an RSS file, or you can use backend or ultramode.
