First thing you need to tell us what version of NUke you are running and what version of PHPBB you have. Then we can help you find the appropriate downloads for your versions. THis site has a lot of blocks and mods for the nuke versions so when you get that far let us know and we can help you.

Go into your admin section and click on blocks. From there you can create blocks with whatever information you are storing in your database. I.E. Forums, Affiliate addresses, Downloads etc. etc.

You have to go into your admin section under blocks and activate it.
