I've been having alot of problems with trying to set up the Forum in php-nuke (It may help if I show some examples)

What you need to do is pop back over to that site via this link:

Download the BBtonuke 2.0.6 making sure its the right version of php that you need it for and then install it by reading the instructions included.

I installed the one from the site.... But I dont have a forum at all now!

Whats the URL link to your sites main index page?

Also activate your mogule forum link, so I/other users can see what possibly is the problem.

I had this problem aswell and almost gave up trying to install the port untill I came across this : http://nukecops.com/index.php

On the main front page, at the top in the center block you'll see something that reads: Analyzer and NukeSQL

Download the NukeSQL 6.0 and read the instructions on what you have to do. After that reupload the ported files again and you will find all works :?

Well it did for me

First I noticed you have an extra word in the url. When you installed it did you tell it that is where to look for it? Are all your modules going to be under messageboard? Normally the url would be www.yoursite.com/modules.php?name=Forums

Second is that you have to make sure the config file is chmod 777 otherwise it can't write to that file, and it needs to.
