I love the 'Recent Posts' Block you guys have on this site.
I'd love to use it on mine as well, problem is: I use the bluebyu3 theme.
I don't think there is a matching 'Recent Posts' Block for it....

OK here you go!! Put the file block-bluebyu3-Forums.php in your blocks folder. Go to admin at your site click on blocks. Scroll down to the add new blocks dialog. Click the file name dropdown box. Select bluebyu3-Forums. Position center up. Click create block!
