Ok look in this file (for Nuke6.0/phpBB2.0.6)
modules/Forums/templates/phpib2/index_body.tpl

for this

Code:

	var url="http://www.nukemods.com";
	var title="nukemods.com";

change the webaddresses and title to yours. Save and re-upload that file to the respective directory.

for Nuke6.5 theme
look in
themes/phpib2/forums/index_body.tpl
for the same line.
