I'm using BlackDog theme (thanks to mikem which posted a mirror here, i searched for it about 1h) and definetly i can't leave that default footer as it is.I already made some modifications to that theme and will be other done in future.

Related to footer...i don't want to repeat my logo in the footer or leave that CounterStrike picture and also is too big in my opinion for a footer.
I will change the header AND the footer of that theme.

My question is:
How can i keep the copyright in footer cause is only signed with an image and i don't know who created and who deserve the copyright and if i'm allowed to put the copyright in the standard way like all themes has not only a sign image.
I searched in all files which come with the theme...nobody left an URL or mail addy.

P.S. For me is a honor to have ALL the copyrights and to show that i'm proud to use those scripts...

Well, I did a little research and the guy uses the name pyksel and has apparently done a lot of theme design for different systems, not just phpnuke. His website is here: http://www.pyksel.com/. He has an email address there, so maybe you could contact him through that if it still works.
