How are we all doing?

Here is a new challenge for ya. I, for one, am too dumb to do it. Need help. 8O

Basically, what I need to do is to enable, somehow, a weblink to appear in two different categories.

For a more specific example, I am building a database of links according to country, and then according to states/provinces. However, some links should go as the main representative for that country (first category) AND should also go in its own state (second category).

Can you help? :?:
