error problem

I uploaded my the main files from my html directory to my site from FTP and when i open the site i get this:
Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/sql_layer.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /users/iwebland.com/silvernet/mainfile.php on line 48

i really dont know wat that means could u please give me some help as to what i am doing wrong or what i should do?

I think the problem is in the path to mysql in you config.phpfile.
You didn't upload your database files either.

ya i uploaded them all but the problem in the config.php is
$prefix:
$user_prefix:

i donno wat to put there for those because the hosting company didnt provide me witht things that said that

$user_prefix = "nuke";

If you uploaded the MySQl database tables as is, and didn't change anything, then above is what those variables need to be.

Of course.

dbuname would be his Database uname
dbhost would be his Database Webhost server name.
