Forum Bug Reports
Hi, I've encountered a couple problems with the ported phbb2 forum. I am using subsytem, phpnuke 6, and running IE6.

The first problem is the biggest one:
Whenever I am logged in to my site, on every page, I get a dialog box that says "You Have 2 New Messages"

But when I go to check my PM's it says I have no new messages and my inbox is 0% full.

This started when another admin of my site sent me PM's, when he sends me a message it says I have a new message, but it is not in my Inbox. He has sent me messages before and I have recieved them, so I'm not sure whats wrong now. I just sent him a PM and he received it, I also sent one to myself and I received it.

I get this new message dialog box on every page view, so you can imagine my annoyance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This next one is not a big problem but I thought I would share it:

In the forum administration in 'User Administration' and 'User Permission Control' it looks like this.

Once again any help with my first problem would be greatly appreciated.

-Melkor

The second one is from a previously installed MOd in that subSystem forum tempalte. When we firts started modding that theme, we noticed it was FULL of hacks. We obviously missed that one.
The solution may be as simple as replacing the corresponding tpl file with the one from the original subSilver from the origianl phpBB ported Forums. We'll look into it.
As for the Private messages. I have noticed some other users on other sites reporting Private message count was wrong and always kept telling them they have new messages.

That may have a fix for it already...

Mikem

Have you had a chance to look into it? I'm using the same theme, going to be looking at the templates shortly, and am just wondering if there is a fix already for it?

EDIT: Mikem you were right, it works fine with the original subSilver tpl file.
