how do i change the header....like the background color, and also how can i change the dimensions of the logo...because when i tried to just put in a new logo, it distorted it.

You can open the header with notepad or your favorite html editor, and change the logo width and height to your logo's specs.

As far as the header color, if you're talking about fiblack, the header background is a jpg.
